7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Introduction and its risk factors including signs, symptoms, and differential diagnosis of CTS. Evaluation methods and overview of Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) with relevant tests.
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Interventions for CTS: Assistive technology, orthoses, and biophysical agents (electrotherapy, light, ultrasound, iontophoresis, magnets). Exercise and stretching techniques, nerve glides. Manual Therapy (MT) interventions and research findings.
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Specific MT techniques: Neurodynamic mobilization, ULTT, MT/STM (soft tissue mobilization) including arm pull with neural glides in PNF diagonals, forearm muscle play, and negative pressure cupping therapy. Case studies and conclusion.
