The pandemic has had a significant impact on society with loss of lives, disruption of the economy and of peoples' lifestyles across the entire life span. In this presentation, Dr. Meichenbaum will discuss ways to bolster resilience in children, youth, and adults. Following a discussion of the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic, he will consider how individuals, families, and communities can specifically bolster resilience.
