CE Hours 3

About this live event

Clinical supervision is a cornerstone of professional growth and ethical practice. This 3-hour webinar focuses on the administrative function of supervision, offering a structured approach to guide supervisors in creating effective and meaningful supervisory relationships. Participants will explore how to define their vision of who they want to supervise and why, and they will learn to navigate the planning and preparation phase, including the essential paperwork needed to establish the supervisory relationship. The course emphasizes the importance of cultural humility and awareness in fostering trust and collaboration within the supervisory relationship. Participants will be offered strategies for preparing the first session, structuring ongoing sessions, and aligning supervision practices with established standards of care in clinical supervision.
