About this live event

Clinical supervision plays a critical role in the professional development and growth of mental health practitioners. Its primary functions include fostering clinical competency, supporting ethical practice, ensuring client welfare, and providing ongoing professional and personal development for supervisees. Effective supervisors create an environment of trust, learning, and reflective practice that encourages clinicians to refine their skills and enhance their understanding of therapeutic processes. This training will explore the roles, functions and best practices of a clinical supervisor to enhance competency and skill in both the supervisee and the supervisor.

Lastly,she was featured in the ACA Counseling Today's Publication on Imposter Syndrome in the mental health profession.
