As people become less active, the body tends to stiffen, resulting in reduced flexibility, painful movements and limited functional performance. Stiffness can result from the underuse of motion or overuse, leading to injury and stiffness.
In this live interactive webinar you'll learn how to get fast results to restore mobility and relieve painful stiffness with reflex techniques that trick the body into moving with greater ease. Specialized stretching techniques make it easy to restore mobility and function using MET/PNF. When poor flexibility is the issue, using specific types of muscle contractions can trick the body into allowing greater motion using neuromotor reflexes.
